The room was really cosy and comfortable. As we here travelling during the low season, we got a free of charge room upgrade. The staff was helpful and able to speak in English. Nice breakfast, with Continental options. The hotel had free fruit available all day and free wine at night.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was not as close to the metro as I would have hoped, but once I arrived it was very easy to navigate around the city. The room was fantastic, the amenities were great. Very luxurious for a great price. Would definitely stay here again next I visit.

Xi'an - one of the oldest cities in China.

Xi'an - one of the oldest cities in China. Known as Chang'an throughout much of its history, Xi'an is one of China's Four Great Ancient Capitals, having held the position under several of the most important dynasties in Chinese history - we were impressed! The city offers many attractions worth seeing: Xi'an City Wall, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Great Mosque of Xi'an, Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, historical museum, Xi'an City Museum, market... The famous Terracotta Army Museum is only an hour's drive away. We booked a guided tour (transportation, tickets, and guide cost around 200 EUR for a family of four) from home. A big advantage of the city is also the public bike rental. It's free for up to one hour. The city of Xi'an is very well-organized and clean. Local taxis (you can recognize them by their green color) are ridiculously cheap. The streets are full of local eateries, various shops, and stalls... The city is lively, vibrant, and the eateries and shops are open late into the night. It's also very safe - we walked around the city streets, even the more secluded ones, until late hours every day, and we weren't even a little scared. The people are very friendly and accommodating. Food in restaurants is very cheap and very tasty, as well as on the streets. We spent an average of €7-9 for lunch for 4 people, including drinks!!! If you are "wasteful", you can pay 30 EUR, for example. For those who like shopping, there are also quite a few really large shopping centers in the city (e.g. Saga Mall). The city offers everything - from cheap things to luxury products for deep pockets;-)

Xi'an is a magnificent city, deeply steeped in rich history. The Terracotta Army is an absolutely breathtaking and essential experience. Make sure to visit the Muslim Quarter—it's home to a vibrant food market bursting with delicious local delicacies.

The terracotta warriors have been on my bucket list for years- the scale of the site and precision of the figures did not disappoint! It was an emotional moment. What i was not prepared for was what else the city has to offer - the extensive history, the artwork, the culture…..then there is the food! A foodies paradise - a different dish and taste sensation for every day. A cultural smorgasbord, artistic and educational hub. A must see when in China.

The site is amazing, rich with culture, is huge and easy to enjoy, no need to rush as there is plenty of time of enjoyed every single venue. A bit hot and stiff there as there is in closure facility but that is part of the experience.

Everything was amazing, the van arrived on time and took us the the destination we wanted to go, the venue was amazing, rich with history, etc we can’t asked for more as everything was great. Good value service.

It was good to easily approach the famous places in the city. All of the staff members of the hotel was very kind and professional. Room in which I stayed was indeed comfortable and free from noise. All of the views outside the room were nice and fantastic. Cost-effectiveness of the hotel is indeed excellent so that I would like to recommend all of the potential foreign visitors to Xi'an city to stay in the hotel.

Great location, polite, helpful and professional staff. Tour operators 孙艳荣 was extremely helpful, going out of her way to help my family book the package tours and making good recommendations. The hotel comes with clothes washer/dryer for guests, and even provided the detergent. We were extremely happy with the service overall. The room rates were also competitive.

Great Stay.. We been in China for 10 days.. I can undoubtedly say that its the best stay we ever had.. Great facilities great staff eventhough the staff doesnt speak english they gone above and beyond to make comfortable... My kids loved robtos.. Exceptional buffet breakfast..
