The service at this hotel is excellent. They offered free airport transportation. Pei-Pei offered her good service for ticket booking to the national parks. Each day we received a very useful explanation from her about the sightseeing route and suggestions, she speaks perfect English. The room is very clean and spacious, plenty of drinking water was provided. The breakfast is plentiful. The location is very good, approx. 15 minutes walking distance from the south entrance. It is very peaceful during the night, ensuring a good sleep. We had one dinner in the hotel. The quality of the food is average compared to the price charged.

The hotel's charm in a great location, they can speak very good English, Especially Lily was super helpful and they and the delicious breakfast made each morning a highlight. They offer free ride to east gate of the park for us in the morning, We would love to come back here for one day.

The host was amazing! Very helpful and friendly, Anthony thought of everything and made sure our stay was perfect. The rooms were very pretty and comfortable and the breakfast was simple but tasty. We really enjoyed our stay here and I highly recommend you to go to this place

Good value. Clean white comfortable bed, generally very clean room, but I was surprised to see some stray hair on a bathrom wall. Good hot shower. Nice design. Excellent location within 5 minutes walk to the entrance of the park. Above all, wonderful caring and hospitable owners. They met me well past midnight and spent time drawing out different park routes for the next 4 days. Fluent English-speaking person Carol was also very helpful with purchansing tickets, providing directions, and relaying messages to the staff. BUT be sure you know what types of tickets you want as I made a mistake ordering a certain route then incurring hefty cancellation fee to change the already expensive ticket. Carol helps, but don't expect her to go into details.

Great stay, the room was incredibly beautiful. In the middle of the mountains and at a close enough distance to all places of interest. The stag was helpful and always available for any need. They helped me organize my tours and handled all the bookings, they also had me picked up and delivered to the train station. The restaurant is also delicious and they prepared cake for Christmas Eve which was a kin touch given I was a solo traveler far from home on Christmas. Definitely recommended and I would for sure return in the future.

The hotel has an amazing location, in the middle of the mountains, located closely to the Middle Gate of the national park. Rooms are wonderful and so is the pool, which gives you the ultimate holiday vibes. The staff is incredibly friendly and immediately welcome you like a friend. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who’s planning to go to Zhangjiajie!

Location is perfect , walk few minutes to the park entrance. The host and staff was very friendly and helpful with planning the route about the National Park. I liked the brilliant way the hotelier provides the guests with all the logistics information to see all the beauty in the park. As many as 13 steps on a map - bus connections and pass set up, cable tram connections, where to walk point A to point B. Timed to get you back to the home stay for a heathly evening meal. Arranged a car to take me to see to see the Zhangjiajie cave and then to the train stations. China never disappoints.
