Location felt safe and checking in and out was no hassle. I arrived early and was assigned my room. Hotel security were helpful and on point. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel itself, althogh not the most modern, did possess a sense of grandeur. All staff were friendly. Parking was close but offsite and there was always security to accompany you. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of local and international dishes. There a 3 restaurants on site on case you wish to dine in. There's a gym, sauna, spa....The Hotel is close to many malls, shops, transport. Overall, this Hotel I would definitely recommend.

The owners and every single person working at this hostel are extraordinary beautiful people. I had a horrible incident in the streets of Bucaramanga and this lovely people supported and helped me like I could have never expected it. They took care of me like a family – every single one at this hotel. So if you want to meet people with hearts of gold: Go to this place. I cannot express how grateful I am. I will never forget the support they gave me. <3 The room was super clean, calm and with all you can ask for. The roofed terrace in the upper floor is comfy and stylish. The kitchen spacious, clean and friendly. There's also a balcony from where you can watch the street life. Beautiful place!

This is a brand new hotel, it opened in early 2025. The WiFi is fast, the rooms are clean, the shower has great pressure, and the breakfast is good. The bed is comfy, and the AC works well. My room had a desk I could work at, but they also have a small conference room/breakfast area you can use. It's new, small, and low-key. I like it.

I was born in this city and came to visit after many years of living overseas. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to experience the city, but particularly to foreigners. The location is superb and well priced for what's on offer; but the main hook of this place is the BREAKFAST BUFFET! Absolutely delicious and AUTHENTIC food that reminded me of what my mother would make when I was a kid. Please try the soup every single day and don't be afraid to ask about the toppings for it (onion,parsley/coriander,toasted bread bits,arepa,etc.) so you can experience the meal as a Colombian would. If you stay here, the INCLUDED breakfast will be an opportunity to explore local cuisine and that's a huge plus in my books.
