It was nice how close the hotel was to the airport but i would absolutely go north from the airport and stay at La Gran Estancia Hotel Campestre.

This is a great place to stay. More than an airport stopover. 2800 peso to town. Chachagui has everything you need including a D1 supermarket. Across the road from the accom there is a swimming pool. 10000 per day or 25000 including lunch. There are also some nice walks nearby. Janeth is a great host, who will provide everything you need.

Perfect quiet location, short walk to cafes, restaurants, bars. Probably the best area in Pasto. Not in the city centre but really probably a 10 or 15 min walk to the main square. Breakfast was good, nice place if you like walking.
