The hotel is very nice, clean and new. There’s a nice pool, the bar and restaurant are great. The breakfast is excellent. There are local foods and vegetarian options. Everyday there’s something new and different. The room is big and accommodated very well four of us. But the staff is the best part. Everyone is so nice and provided all the help we needed. Some people speak English, but even who didn’t speak English or Portuguese made their best to understand and help us. They were very warm and made us feel welcome in the hotel and in the island. Shout out to Betani and Ricardo who made our trip one hundred times better. Betani helped us even before we landed, she made sure I had all the info I needed, even helped with restaurants, tours, money exchange and airport transfer. Ricardo who works at the restaurant is a very nice person, he’s very courteous, treated us so well.

I'd like to start by highlighting the hotel staff: Luz Elena! She was so fun and enjoyable to talk to! What a kind, caring, and sweet woman, and she's so welcome in our home in Europe! Dorothy and Luz Elena are charming and very helpful! Our star taxi driver, Nelson! Respectful, fun, and a true professional, he showed us a lot about the island and its culture. Thank you, Nelson! The exquisite food was on another level by the chef, who pampered me with those extra arepitas for breakfast and the exquisite guava juice! I'll definitely be back to this wonderful place! The hotel is simply beautiful and perfect! Everything is surrounded by trees and nature. The suite is gorgeous and has a delicious jacuzzi! The hotel is close to beautiful cliffs for swimming. The kindness, cordiality, affection, and friendliness of everyone who makes up this group of human and professional excellence.

The peaceful atmosphere, stunning views, and charming setting made it the ideal place to relax and enjoy every moment. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always available to help — they truly made us feel welcome and cared for. Every detail of our stay was thoughtful and well taken care of. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious — every meal was a treat! And the view of the infinite sea from the hotel is simply breathtaking. They let us check in earlier, was very clean, air conditioner, perfect location (believe me, you don’t want to stay direct on the beach because it’s loud). I got sick at night and they told me where to get medicine and offered me water and were worried. I’m glad they have 24 hours reception
