The staff was very,very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful and was selected from a menu - i.e. not from a buffet but made to order - and the location is excellent, just round the corner from Plaza Bolívar, the Gold Museum, the Botero Museum and other important sights. The room was very large and quiet. Highly recommended

The hotel is very well located in the city center. Very convenient to visit bogota. The hotel by itself is a pure wonder, very well decorated with a lot of nice rooms where it is possible to chill and relax. We can fell more in a museum than in an hotel. Moreover, they give you a warm welcome.

Absolutely brilliant, no complaints. Everything was seamless and worked perfectly as stated - consistent hot water, wifi, reception, good breakfast. The staff were professional and respectful while being friendly. A very pleasant stay all around.
