Check-in was smooth and was able to occupy the room a couple of hours earlier than the check in time. That was a nice gesture as I had been driving since dawn and was able to get some needed rest. Bfast was quite good, the fruit was fresh, nice bakery selection, hot food, cold cuts, cheese. It also had an eggs-made-to-order. Good value hotel in downtown Pereira and close to shops and restaurants....walking distance.

The service at the reception was really helpful and the main asset of the Hotel.
The location is central but loud.
The rooms are old and nothing special, but really ok for 60 USD per night including breakfast. The breakfast was not so good. Enough to find something but it would be easy to improve.

Very relaxing hotel stay and attentive staff. The food at the hotel and recommendations were incredible definitely the best food we had in Colombia! Amazing to see the birds from our balcony and hammock! We also saw the most amazing thunderstorm in the evening through the jungle.

It is a stunning hotel surrounded by nature for a relaxing break. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The food is great … we really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely staff, the building is beautiful. Had a great sleep after some noisy Colombian places this place was very quiet! I would come here again.
