After a late checkin we could still use the hottub and were welcomed in an amazing way. Very friendly staff that will do everything to let you enjoy your time here. Also the place offers a lot of space to calm down and enjoy the holidays. highly recommend this place if you stay near santa rosa to visit the region.

The perfect spot to visit Termales and the one I will always use from now. Liliana was absolutely incredible, she resolved all my issues way before we checked-in and made sure that we enjoyed ourselves to the best by giving us tips and recommendations. But one thing I love the most of this wonderful place, was that the excellent service which I received from Liliana during the day, was the same one I did in the evening when she wasn't there. The owner is super friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. He helped us organise our reservation for the Thermal Spas (we recommend the morning session at San Vincente). He checked-in with us every day, to see how we slept, how our day was, and if we might need anything. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were kind enough to offer us coffee & tea throughout the day. The property is even more beautiful than in the photos, and there are a few little road-side spots to grab supper. There is a very sweet dog on the property. The rooms are beautiful, as are the views. The shower water was hot (enough) and housekeeping comes daily. There were many sweet spots to hang out, such as little covered "kioskos." We were offered a parting gift and cannot recommend this property enough.

    The nature is nice reception is nice, rooms are extremely smelly to chemicals and mold, very small hardly space to move around no place to leave even small luggage, unhelpful staff, my hole family got sick from the smell they didn’t offer options, we spend the hole day trying to get an alternative finally we had to leave the hotel at midnight with no place to go. As it was impossible to sleep in the smelly room. wasted our time going there is definitely not worth the money and is a health hazard.

    I stayed at hotel San Vicente the place is never beautiful. The Hotel needs alot of TLC no heater no hot water food is terrible not worth the stay. Day trip recommended but definitely not the stay. Nasty

    The Hot Springs were amazing.

    The Hot Springs were amazing. The place is well kept with great services and amenities. I stayed at Matisses Hotel and Spa. I enjoyed both places. I was glad to visit both places because it made my vacation more interesting. There is so much natural beauty in both places, I am so glad that I was able to experience both. It was very easy to get to Santa Rosa de Cabal from Matisses Hotel and Spa. I recommend the scenery, ambiance, waterfalls, friendly locals, walking, relaxing, and food.

    The hotel is located in a rest area and pure landscape. It has 2 types of economic rooms, and cabins, if you don't want to spend too much, the economic one is a good option considering that the rooms and bathrooms are small. It is a very good rest hotel to disconnect from the mobile phone and the big city.

    Barioche is among beautiful nature, very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Breakfast is good and the staff kind and warm (special mention to the owner). It'n nice to be among animals (in particular the dog Timon) very close to Terme Santa Rosa and close to Santa Rosa de Cabal
