The staff were very friendly, always had time to chat and talk about the area, show animals they had spotted on the property. We saw the sloth that lives in the trees near the entrance, iguanas, frogs. The gardens at the hotel are an array of colours full of unusual plants and birds. The accomadation was very comfortable, large bed big bathroom. There was a place to sit outside at the end of the day to relax and remember the activities of the day and plan the day ahead. The pool was great when u returned after a day trip. Breakfast was included and it was a great start to the day. Selection of items available, fruit, eggs, pancakes with bacon. All was wonderful

Staff were all fantastic. I asked to be seated at the edge of the patio so I could watch the birds at breakfast, and already by the second day they said "ah si, por los pajaritos!" Room was incredible, huge and exceeded my expectations. I loved sitting on the terrace and watching the wildlife. Tons of coatis and birds. The hot springs were fantastic. Loved the towel system, you just need to ask and you can exchange for a fresh towel or a card at any time.

Wow probably the best views during our stay in Costa Rica. We chose the upper floor and the volcano was in full view. It was amazing rain or shine. In other places during rain you feel like you are stuck in a small room with nothing to do but in this place we had amazing terrace and a massive room where we could read when it was raining and we didn't feel like we missed out. Breakfast was a short walk in a nearby property.
