We stayed here for one night and it was great. Very nice rooms with a comfortable bed, and calm location about 10 min from the airport. We got picked up and dropped off the airport by Christopher and he was wonderful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A perfect hosting experience! Luli and Edgar are such kind-hearted people — they took care of everything I needed, stayed in touch with me every step of the way, and welcomed me into their home with so much dedication. Edgar picked me up from the airport within 10 minutes and also took me back the next day for my connecting flight for a small fee. In the morning, Luli made me coffee and generously served me fresh fruit. The room I stayed in was cozy and clean, with everything I needed. I’m truly grateful I got to meet these lovely people and stay in their home.

Vicky, the apartment owner, was absolutely fantastic. She greeted us at the gate and made us feel incredibly welcome, even though we arrived late at night. Finding the place was a bit tricky in the dark, but our taxi driver was able to call Vicky for directions, which made all the difference. The apartment is located next to a busy road, so it was a bit noisy, but since we only stayed for one night, it didn’t impact our journey too much. The apartment had everything we needed for a quick stop. Vicky went above and beyond the next morning, helping us secure a taxi when we were having trouble booking one. Her kindness and friendliness made our stay even more memorable, and we were so grateful for her assistance and warm welcome! It's close to the airport cost around £15 with an airport taxi, the taxi drivers were struggling to understand where the apartment was but managed to find someone to help in the end, so I would say pre-book this beforehand so it doesn't cause stress once you arrive.

Canl Grande Lodge is a very cozy hotel not far from San Josè International Airport, immersed in nature. The staff was utmost kind and helpful in assisting me since my luggages weren't loaded on the flight and I didn't have anything with me, apart from a little bag. The hotel provided me with basic stuffs in a stressful moment for me. Breakfast was very good, definitely to come and stay more nights in this hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the transfer service from the airport arranged by the hotel were very appreciated.

Photos don’t do justice. This is a beautiful property with an absolutely beautiful harmony between nature and the construction. The energy of the place is superb. It breaths love, peace and harmony. Unexpected nature lung care with love. Everything is balance, plants and trees are healthy, birds are singing all over the place, the soil is healthy. The room is gorgeous, the outside shower is a dream. I regret not been able to stay more days.

Proximity to Airport!

Proximity to Airport! This facility standards were substandard. My wife hurt her foot on a dangerous doorstop, sewer gas was overwhelming, no hot water, air conditioner was not hooked up, pumping hot air back into the room. The stairs right from ground level were dangerous. English was non existent with staff. They were courteous and helpful. There were no privacy coverings on the windows. Open hole in Bathroom ceiling.

This was a great place to stay for one night.

This was a great place to stay for one night. For a small additional fee, I was picked up at the airport and very early the next morning I was taken to where I had to meet my tour bus. Also, after I left I discovered that I had left my phone charger in the room. I contacted them and they were kind enough to take it to the hotel in San Jose where I would be staying in a few days.

It's ideal if you don't have a car to park, very close to the airport. The place is very clean and there's hot water in the shower. The kitchen equipment provided is quite satisfactory.

No one answered the intercom, we missed our ride there. It's a dangerous place, we feel exposed. They should review that affiliation; it seems that place isn't operating.
