It was our first stay at a Riu Hotel. We were positively surprised. The hotel is very well run. All staff is friendly / helpful. The meals are good - a lot of choice and the buffet is permanently refilled and cleaned. The area is big and also well maintained. Long sandy beach, with a lot of shade under the palm trees. Pools are busy ... but not overcrowded. You do not need to fight for a chair - there are enough.

Jose was an amazing and helpful host. He went out of his way to ensure a smooth arrival and great orientation of the flat.
