An excellent hotel in every way. Great location, next to a sandy beach and crystal-clear sea. The beach is public, but the hotel has its own lawn with sun loungers reserved for hotel guests. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Good breakfasts, freshly squeezed orange juice. Cleaning, a complimentary bottle of water, and fresh beach towels every day. We were very pleased with our stay.

Our room was next to the pool which is large and beautiful. Cleaned daily and although slightly strong with chlorine was always lovely to float about in. About 10 mins walk to Makronissos beach and an easy drive into ayia Napa itself. Helpful staff and a lovely loathe clean room

Excellent place to stay, the pool is amazing, perfect for relaxing. The area was great, basically situated on the beachfront. I also really enjoyed the food included in the room, the buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner was incredible and never lacking.

The room with a large balcony and sea view was as expected. The cleaners do a great job, hotel is clean and tidy. The breakfast is varied and excellent. Breakfast can be enjoyed outdoors near the pool. The swimming pool is a good size and there are plenty of sun loungers. Good selection of refreshing drinks at the pool bar. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the customer service is good in every way. The location is perfect, next to the beach and on the edge of town, yet close to good restaurants. Thank you

I liked other beaches better than the one directly outside...

I liked other beaches better than the one directly outside my hotel but visiting the other beaches was phenomenal - despite the weather. It was off-season and very quiet as it was December. It was nice to go and we enjoyed it but we were using the holiday to assess this area of Cyprus for relocation so we weren't in true holiday mode. The weather was absolutely atrocious with a storm and driving rain (4-14 Dec 2025) and quite cold so it curtailed some of our visits to view things. We popped across to Paphos for 3 days and the sun came out - albeit a minor earthquake happened - and we enjoyed it more to be honest. There were more things to see and do. I suspect we only enjoyed it more because the weather was warmer. Visiting off-season you'll find many things are closed as they are built around tourists for the most part. There was still enough restaurants to visit to have a choice though, so that was good. Overall it is a beautiful area - more so in the summer when things are open - and that fact would have been more obvious if we'd have had the weather to explore as well. I walked around in my trainers and each time I got back to the hotel I had to use the hairdryer to dry them out! This is unusual though. I liked beaches close to the Turkish border

We loved Ayia Napa!

We loved Ayia Napa! The beaches, the people, and the restaurants were all fantastic – it was perfect. Our favorite spots were Sandy Beach and the harbor area. We enjoyed dining at Soho 79 Bar. The town was very easy to get around, and there are plenty of great family-friendly activities, like water parks and boat trips, which are perfect for families with young children.

We went out of season, and it was beautiful. I can’t imagine what it would be like in full season, looks like it would be too lively for me, but out of season it was amazing. Beauties beaches, promenades for miles, interesting area. Loved it

Ayia Napa is beautiful, with a great variety of crystal-clear beaches. The best months to visit are September to November, as it is less crowded compared to the summer. The nightlife continues until December, and thanks to Cyprus having sun almost all year round, you can still enjoy warm, pleasant weather.

Ayia Napa is a clubbing focal point, so staying in the center of town is not for the faint of heart. In the downtown everywhere you look there are restaurants, clubs, shops, etc. The clubs play crazy loud music and the party goers make noise in the streets late into the night. Cyprus as a whole is quite safe and easy-going. There is a fantastic array of food on offer with various cuisines. The beaches are family-oriented and very crowded. So if you are looking for more solitude or adventure, best to avoid them. The alternative are the rocky coves outside the town to the east, but they are much more difficult to get to, as you leave the walkway, and riddled with razor sharp rocks (make sure to bring adequate foot ware). It is difficult to swim there if there are waves, but seawater is very clean there. Overall a great place to visit but not ideal for an alternative lifestyle traveler.

Ayia Napa is extremely clean, with well-maintained beaches and everything conveniently within reach, we visited Pantachou beach & Nissi beach. It was very peaceful, and the weather and sea were excellent in October, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Well located just outside of the hussel and bussel of Ayia Napa but still in walking distance to everything and a great beach just across the road. Stunning views with a large patio to enjoy the sunny weather Cyprus got to offer. The hotel has all amenities that one needs for a comfortable stay with great spa, pool and eating facilities. Bedroom was large with ample place to unpack everything and lovely large bathroom with a separate shower and toilet area and 2 wash basins and comfortabel bed.

This appartment hotel was perfect for me - besides service in hotel itself, you have multitude of stores, restaurants, ATMs, vehicle rentals and bars just out there or in walking distance. Best advantage is that it close to center, but not in busiest area, so you can both relax or work at the same time, while being 5 mins away from nightlife. Wi-Fi was great. But above all - hosts were exceptional (+11) and I would surely go there again and recommend it to others.

The staff at this hotel made us feel so welcome, they really took the time to make sure we had everything we needed (special shout out to MT the bar lady!). The facilities including the pool and the 24 hour bar were really lovely and the food/ drink was nice and good prices. I’d highly recommend this hotel for groups of people who are coming to ayia napa for the nightlife as it’s a one minute walk to the strip making it extremely convenient.
