My friend and I wanted to stay in the Troodos mountains for one night to see a different side of Cyprus. So we found this little gem on booking.com. As we arrived we were not really sure we were going to like it as we both love our creature comforts, modern places and luxury. The apartment looked a bit old on the outside. When we went into the apartment it also looked dark because the shutters were closed and the furniture looked old and brown so we were both still not sure. We were thinking of driving back to our hotel in Ayia Napa! But after opening the shutters the light came flooding in and made the place feel so much better. We both felt a real peace in the apartment, especially after seeing the balcony/terrace with the beautiful view of the mountains we just loved it there and then! We both felt like we were at home. The mountain scenery outside on the terrace is absolutely stunning. The hosts Natalia and Michalis were amazing. They were very helpful and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond, if we had any problems we knew we could ask them anything and they would do their best to accommodate us. The apartment had everything we needed, we were provided with tea, coffee and a complimentary basket of fruit. The apartment has a beautiful rustic feel and we both felt so relaxed and peaceful staying there. We even had a lovely kitten come to visit us, it stayed the night with us and slept with us in the room keeping each other company purring the whole night! It was the best stay that we both experienced in the Troodos mountains. If you want a peaceful stay with beautiful scenery of the mountains I would highly recommend this little gem. 🥰

This property is perfect for a quick getaway and peace of mind! This is what we needed and it was more than enough. The staff were AMAZING! Soft spoken, kind and with a warm smile on their face. The room was as seen in the pictures, the bed was comfy and the view lovely. The slippers and the complimentary wines were a nice touch. The have a in house restaurant that operates in the evening hours and that was a big advantage for us as we just wanted to relax and not leave the hotel.

The location is amazing. Close to hiking trails and the ski slopes. The restaurant is above expectations: meals are really good, wine is excellent, the service is very good. The room is good, clean and cosy. Even pillows are very good, which is an exception for inexpensive hotels.

I do not understand the negative reviews left by some former guests of this hotel. This is an authentic place with a century-long history, beautifully restored last year and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I spent two nights here at the end of November and truly wish I had stayed longer. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The spacious lobby with a fireplace, Earl Grey tea, and a large bar creates a warm and atmospheric space. The entire hotel breathes history, with newspaper clippings, portraits, and carefully preserved antique details that make you feel immersed in a real historical setting. It is truly one of a kind. Most old hotels in the area are already closed, so I am very grateful to the new owners for preserving this place with such care and love, giving visitors a rare chance to experience something special. Breakfast was a buffet with enough variety to start an active day. The views from the balcony are stunning, and the room was spacious with a brand-new bathroom and a powerful hot shower. You can also enjoy breakfast on the veranda overlooking the mountains and breathing fresh mountain air.
