Attention to detail in this apartment was fantastic. Exceptional apartment and bathroom was amazing. All fans and air conditioning worked very well. We stayed in the deluxe garden apartment and it was perfect for our family. The location was absolutely perfect. Very clean and very well presented. The cafe associated with the apartments is very good and staff are fantastic!

I had a great stay at the Best Western Moran in Prague. The location worked really well for us, with plenty of shops close by and quick access to both bus and tram routes. The room matched the photos, which was a nice surprise. It was comfortable, had a good view, a solid TV, and a bathroom that felt clean and up to standard. Breakfast was one of the highlights. There was a wide selection, including fresh juices and several coffee options. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The staff made the stay even better. I didn’t catch any names, but the blonde receptionist was especially helpful. She answered every question, pointed us in the right direction around the city, and was always friendly. It was my wife's birthday during the trip, and her along with the catering team put together a beautiful breakfast arrangement for her. It made the whole visit feel special and is something we’ll remember for a long time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling there and I will definitely be booking the same if i ever visit again!

I have nothing bad to say here. I came for an anniversary with my partners. The staff were lovely, the room was beautiful, the are was safe. We had a really nice stay. There was an issue with my car also, and again, the staff were very accommodating and patient. Thabk you all for the experience, Looking forward to visiting again
