The staff was amazing. We had car troubles during our travel and we called to inform of arriving late at night and they were welcoming and understanding. The rooms were clean and cozy, the view from the balcony was magical and the beds were really comfortable. One of the best places I’ve stayed in years.

We liked everything! Location, helpful staff, good food, drinks, peaceful, great parking, lovely walks around the grounds. We will visit again for a longer stay as the area deserves more exploration.

We had a lovely stay at this cute and cozy apartment! It was well-equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen supplies to shower gels in the bathroom. The beds were super comfortable, and as a couple, we fit perfectly. While we couldn't enjoy the spacious terrace due to the cold weather, we appreciated its potential for warmer days. The apartment itself was modern, new, and spotless, which we loved. However, the walls are quite thin, so you might hear your neighbors. That said, it didn't bother us too much. In the morning, we met the host, who kindly offered us coffee before we left—a thoughtful touch! Oh, and don't miss the pizza downstairs—it was delicious! Thanks for a wonderful stay. 😊

It is a short drive from the Macocha abyss and Punkva caves.

It is a short drive from the Macocha abyss and Punkva caves. It would have been nice to visit more caves and do some hill-walking. We stayed in Brno separately, but unless you want evening entertainment there, it is close enough (20 min drive) to visit from Křtiny (Villa Tugendhat is a must-see there). In Křtiny, we also found a nice café/bar just behind the post office and there is another restaurant opposite. There is a friendly atmosphere in the place. Everybody says hello. Zámek Křtiny - being run by Mendel University Brno - is surely a great place for conferences. Equally great for weddings (with the church next door and nice scenery).

We were surprised that in such a small town there are 3 restaurants and a pastry shop and a snack bar (maybe other places we didn't manage to discover). A quiet place and an excellent starting point for exploring the Moravian Karst, whether by car, bus or on foot.

It was incredibly cold, my whole body was frozen, the owner arrogantly put down his mobile phone, saying he didn't care. I was freezing and left for work without a shower, tripped over a cable sticking out everywhere at the entrance. When asked if it would be warm the next day, he finally replied that he didn't know, I was forced to stay elsewhere that day and it was great 🙃

A very good base for exploring the surrounding attractions.

A very good base for exploring the surrounding attractions. We came to explore caves, so all the ones we chose were within a 15-20-minute drive. It's close to Brno, which is a must-see if you're in the area.
