The hotel is located in the center of Liberec, on the top floor of an office building, which is no problem. We did not meet any staff, because everything was completely automatic. We spent one night here and were satisfied with everything, parking was also easy in the hotel's garage. The room was nice and clean.

The staff from reception were super professional very polite and welcoming. Breakfast was great! Next time, I shall make use of the spa. Restaurant was also great, abundant food, clean installations, and very nice staff.
