I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Nobilis in Mladá Boleslav. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and made check-in a delightful experience, even offering a glass of prosecco as a welcome treat. The hotel's stylish concept and great atmosphere make it stand out. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a perfect place to relax. The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. A big plus is the late check-out option, which adds to the comfort and flexibility of the stay. Another highlight is the small but well-designed spa area, which can be reserved for private use—an excellent touch for unwinding after a long day. One would expect a hotel of this caliber in London or Vienna, but finding such a high-end, beautifully designed place in a small village near Mladá Boleslav is truly surprising and impressive. Overall, Hotel Nobilis delivers on all fronts: exceptional service, beautiful design, comfort, and great amenities. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mladá Boleslav!

The hotel is a fascinating piece of history that has been lovingly restored, and the result is that it is beautiful inside and out. The room we had 307 was really big and spacious, yet the soundproofing was really good as there was no echoing, etc. The bathroom was nicely decorated and almost had a spa quality feel to it. The tour is really interesting and I would highly recommend it due to the history of this chateau and its surrounding areas. We didn't have time to play the Arcana Castle game, but we saw people doing it, and it looked so much fun that we are going to come back next year to try. The surrounding gardens are beautiful and tranquil, and we enjoyed sitting in them and watching the birds and butterflies. I believe this is a great area for cycling and hiking. However, I can not confirm as we only stayed one night.

We visited Houska Castle with our children (interesting even...

We visited Houska Castle with our children (interesting even for children) and the Zvířetice ruins (an easy walk even with small children). Due to the time of year, the IC in Mnichovo Hradiště was closed on Saturday, so we couldn't buy a tourist stamp and business cards. Traffic in MH is "heavy", it requires patience.

There was no place to go for breakfast in the area. If you don't want to have breakfast at the hotel, but want to try local restaurants, you're out of luck. On Saturdays and Sundays, opening at 11:00 is standard in most restaurants. In the Ořech cafe, they were open earlier, but it was still very full (why, I wonder)...

The beautiful Baroque chateau with a park and the Church of...

The beautiful Baroque chateau with a park and the Church of the Three Kings with the Chapel of St. Anne, which houses the tomb of Albrecht von Wallenstein, are worth seeing. You can recharge your batteries at the U Zlatníka Café near the chateau, and if you are a fan of modernism, go to Kafé Ořech near Masaryk Square.

The B&B / small hotel is right above and a part of the Italian restaurant. I liked the quirky room, beautifully furnished and decorated. The bed was comfy, big windows can be fully open to cool the room at night. It is not typical to have any coffee/tea facilities in the room in CZ, so it was a nice extra to have a coffee machine. The breakfast was huge, impossible to consume all, good quality and tasty.

The Italian restaurant that's part of the Bella Casa property was outstanding. Some of the best food I've had in a long time. Hotel is very centrally located and close to Cesky Raj for a great walking tour. Very homely, comfy and clean. Planning to return there!
