A wonderful pension! Spacious rooms, very clean, beautiful modern decoration, comfortable big beds, desk and refrigerator in the room. In the lobby at any time you can take fresh fruits and make yourself tea or coffee. Breakfast is included in the price, the chef will cook delicious scrambled eggs with bacon or sausages, there are several options to choose from. The service and staff are very nice and friendly! There is a pleasant green courtyard with a fountain and armchairs where guests can spend time. You can check in by opening the door with a code, which is very convenient. We were in Ostrava in the heat +35 degrees, it was very good that the room had air conditioning. Moreover, AC unit is very thoughtfully located — in the hallway and does not just blow on the bed (as in most hotels). Therefore, it creates a pleasant coolness in the room and at the same time there is no risk of getting sick. From the window there is a nice view, you can see the old factory and even the mountains! You can hardly hear the noise of the street, but we have windows to the courtyard, if the windows are on the street, it may be noisier because of trams. The hotel has its own closed parking, which is also a big plus. The tram stop is 300 m away, the center of Ostrava can be reached in 15 minutes. There is a 24-hour store nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ostrava. From the moment we arrived, everything was easy and comfortable. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the location was very easy to find with convenient free parking available. The room was spacious, very warm, and incredibly quiet, which made for a perfect night’s rest. The bed was extremely comfortable, and having a big room with a smart TV was a great bonus. The area around the hotel is peaceful, with a lovely walking park nearby that’s perfect for a relaxing stroll. A special thanks to the receptionist, Lucy — she was very kind, understanding, and spoke excellent English, which made us feel truly welcome. Her friendliness really added to the experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with great comfort, calm surroundings, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ostrava.

Excellent location, and parking. We really liked the room, that was comfortable and we had a good sleep for couple of nights. The food quality was great - breakfast and the restaurant menu was lovely. The sauna and the gym were modern and well equipped. We would definitely return.
