Don’t expect a regular hotel, this is a ground floor 2 bed apartment which we were unaware of when we booked….however it ticked all our boxes for an overnight stay. No complaints here. Overall a good apartment with extras.

We chose this hotel specifically because Booking.com showed us that there was a restaurant with dinner and breakfast. When we arrived after 11 hours of driving, we were told that the restaurant was closed and there was a 15 minute walk to the center where we could find something to eat. Also, there was no breakfast, which meant that we had to go to the local supermarket (where the coffee machine was broken) to get a couple of buns to eat on the go.

We only travelled into the hotel and didn't leave the hotel until the Sunday morning when we returned to our own home, so only travelled from the Autobahn to the hotel and then back out to the Autobahn, so we didn't see Bielefeld at all.
