We were just passing through.

We were just passing through. Perfect for a night before or after a flight, or on the way south, especially because of its location near the motorway. Would you want to spend a holiday here? If the drive to Munich doesn't bother you, maybe for a city break.

Unfortunately, I can't report anything about Fahrenzhausen, as we only booked one night while passing through. The landscape there is beautiful for people not used to mountains. However, the noise from the nearby airport does take some getting used to.

Fahrenzhausen doesn't have much to offer, but that wasn't our intention anyway. We ate like we would in other villages, since the restaurant was closed internally. That is to say, we had received an email beforehand saying the restaurant was closed. But it was open on Friday after all, although we had already made a reservation elsewhere.

We were passing through and were surprised by the hotel's beautiful setting. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was fantastic. Breakfast was superb, with everything provided, even bubbles at breakfast.

We had arrived at the Ampervilla late evening, the checking was really quick and easy. There is a big private parking lot right next to the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. I wish the weather would be a bit warmer, so that we could enjoy breakfast on a terrace. The villa is very beautiful and well designed with attention to detail. The personnel was helpful and friendly. Thank you!
