The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my whole stay. They will happily store your luggage if your room is not ready yet. It was a warm atmosphere and as a solo female traveller, I felt very comfortable and safe. They gave me a few recommendations on restaurants and were able to help with all my questions. The room was very comfortable and it had all the amenities they advertised. It was very spacious. The only critique is that I wish they had kept two towels standard in the room and that there was daily refuse removal from the rooms (however if you leave the bin outside your room housekeeping will empty it). I did ask for an extra towel and they happily provided one. They kept harder pillows in the cupboard and soft ones on the bed which was perfect. I thought that this was a lovely touch. There is a vending machine downstairs that is perfect if you need water/a snack after a long day. The staff will happily give you coins for notes so you can make use of it. I would highly recommend Premier Inn again and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel had a fresh and modern feel. The rooms were clean and comfy. 15 min walk to Frankfurt Central station and 5 mins to a shopping centre. Good communication from the hotel staff. They also have a bar which was perfect for post sightseeing drinks. We are booking this hotel again for our next Frankfurt stay.

We came for the Christmas markets and thoroughly enjoyed them a great atmosphere. Didn't do alot of sightseeing, but did take a river cruise which was nice. Found everyone very friendly the city has a great mix of old and new. Area around the station is a bit lively if you're not used to cities you may find this a bit intimidating but we didn't have any issues. Ristorante Bacco on Kaiserstraße is well worth a visit.

Frankfurt is a vibrant and modern city with a mix of historic charm and contemporary architecture. The skyline is impressive, and the city is very clean and well-organized. It has excellent public transportation, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of shopping areas, restaurants, and cultural attractions, including museums and historic sites. The riverfront area is especially nice for walking and relaxing. Overall, Frankfurt is a great city to visit, whether for business or leisure.

Frankfurt is a big city with good parts and bad as they all are. There is many things to see and good shopping. The arena is impressive, the Stadtwald provides good scenic value. The Main Tower is impressive. I would recommend making a list of all to see in Frankfurt and how to get around before you hit the city.

My time in Frankfurt was a beautiful mix of culture, history, and real-life experiences. The city is full of energy and diversity — from the lively streets and rooftop views to peaceful walks through Goetheplatz and Dern’sches Gelände. I loved exploring local food stands, enjoying authentic bratwurst, and tasting rich Lindt chocolate — every stop offered something special. Getting around was easy thanks to the excellent train connections, and I appreciated how close everything was. Still, like many major cities, Frankfurt has its challenges — you’ll notice some visible drug activity near the train area, which can be unsettling at times. But beyond that, the people were kind, the city was clean, and the blend of modern architecture and old charm made every corner worth exploring. From breathtaking rainbows after the rain, to street performers, to watching birds migrate as the seasons changed, Frankfurt reminded me that beauty and truth often exist side by side. It’s a city that stays with you — not just for what you see, but for what it teaches you about life, resilience, and perspective.

Frankfurt is a great city with lots of green spaces.

Frankfurt is a great city with lots of green spaces. I love art, there are so many interesting sculptures everywhere. We stayed close to the old town because we had enjoyed it on a previous visit and could walk there from our hotel within a few minutes. We only had one night this time round but made the most of various old town eateries.

Room was comfortable and clean, good size. 15 minute walk had you in the center of town, its on the south side of the river which is lovelyto walk over w Each day. It is more expensive than hotels in the city center, but once you start walking around the city center you will be glad you choose this Hotel. Will definitely be staying here again when in frankfurt.

All was great. Staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. The bar has an excellent service. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable (great pillow options!). And has a very good location. Hint: One has to be careful when looking for the hotel in Google Maps, as there are a couple Premier Inn Frankfurt hotels! Best option is to look for it with the address or remembering that this is Westend!!

This is a new hotel in a area close to Frankfurt Airport - perfect if you have a flight early/late or have a day between your flights. The breakfast was very good and actually cheaper if you make reservation via booking and not at the location. I also appreciated the welcome tea and coffee found in the room.
