I had an incredible stay! Everything about this hotel feels calm, clean, and surrounded by nature. The location is perfect — peaceful, green, and just a short drive from Bastei National Park. You wake up to pure silence and fresh air, it’s the ideal place to relax and recharge. The rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated in a cozy, natural style that makes you feel instantly at home. Every detail is well thought out, and the overall cleanliness is outstanding. You can tell that the staff really care about maintaining a high standard. The restaurant was another highlight — every meal was simply delicious, with great ingredients and beautiful presentation. The staff were warm, professional, and always happy to help. If you’re looking for comfort, great food, and a peaceful stay close to nature, this is the perfect place. I’d definitely come back again!

Everything here went great! The staff was so friendly when we asked if we could leave our luggage there early to go hiking, and they sent our luggage straight to our room. We got upgraded to a beautiful 2 bed room apartment which was very well equipped and comfy. The check-in was very smooth and the breakfast was so great. All in all, really recommend!

The staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. The decor in the hotel was lovely and the room was really comfy with a great shower. We had half board and the food was very good. My husband particularly enjoyed the beef. We were hiking the Malerweg and this was the perfect place to stay only a short bus ride from Neumannmuhle.
