Location was fabulous especially to visit the Christmas Markets. Shopping surrounds you. The room offered everything you need for a stay plus there is laundry facilities available for free (2 washers and a dryer) plus a clothes rack (there are 4 available)that you can take to your room to dry your clothes overnight. Honestly, maybe the best place i've booked in a long time. My room was big with good equipments, a lot of space, a mini fridge. I loved the design. Also very quiet. The lighting was excellent, especially the one alongside the bed. The location is also perfect, in the center of the old town, 2 stops away from the train station, A special thanks to the members of the staff who all were exceptionnal ! You are so friendly and helpful, your warm smiles made me feel welcome in this hotel and this city ! You were very patient with my awful german skills 😂 but it was very enjoyable talking with you, i wish you all the best !
