Good location of the hotel. Public transportation is right in front of the hotel. There’s a supermarket nearby, food is of good quality. Breakfast is nice, there isn’t a big choice of food, however I never thought that it wasn’t enough.

I really loved the entire interior of the hotel—great blankets, a cozy lobby, and the reception area smells amazing. There’s a wide selection of breakfast options, and the breakfast staff are very friendly. Although the hotel is a bit removed from the city center, this comes with the advantage of having a large parking area.

We only spent one night here on our way home but it was a very comfortable night, excellent beds and room temperature. Parking is very easy in front of the hotel. The staff made us feel welcome and provided a healthy breakfast xith lots of homemade food. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I only knew of this place because my father is from Augsburg...

I only knew of this place because my father is from Augsburg. The room we stayed in last time and this time had an upstairs and reminded me of Santa’s workshop. The food was excellent both breakfast and dinner. Quick drive go the city center. Many local shops right next to it as well as a pharmacy(Aphoteke). My son was delighted we stayed in room 29 and my gassy father had his own room. Last time we stayed in room 30 the stairway was cooler made of branches. The place is several hundred years old has a Biergarten and a Brewery. I am not affiliated I’m from Chicago

I like walking around the town and seeing the gardens of the houses. The Titania heated swimming pool complex is also very beautiful, as are the cafés in the center and the small village shops like Ingrid Blumen or Markus.

The carpets shed a lot of lint; my black clothes are covered in it. No solution or accommodation was offered for the noise disturbance. Animals have no place in such a hotel, or at least not on a separate floor.

The rooms are nice and quaint, the restaurant is large, loud, and disorganized. The food is so-so; if something goes wrong, it's blamed on new waiters, not the kitchen. Parking is a disaster. Located in the middle of a residential area, it's nearly impossible to find a parking spot when it's busy.
