Peter is really nice, friendly, and helpful. He kindly helps us arrange everything for the extra people. We also feel like being home when staying in the house. Everything is clean and well furnished. We had a great time at the house. If we have chance we will definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Regensburg. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful (from check-in to helping us with taxis and bus routes), the rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and extremely clean (and I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness) and the breakfast buffet had many choices. My son was very satisfied with our stay, thank you for making it so comfortable despite the bad weather.

We were travelling in a group of four, one of us with limited mobility. We had regular rooms booked (since other rooms were not available at the time of booking) and while checking in one of the employees noticed first of all and offered to change one of our regular rooms for the room with facilities for disabled. That really made the stay much more comfortable for everyone and I have to say that the attentiveness and kindness of the staff also helped a lot. Great experience!

I am astounded at Jurgan the boss and Rita the breakfast assistant. They're so very kind and made the stay so much fun. They gave me the big suite in the 11th century place and the breakfast is super de duper healthy Acai bowls with fresh fruit. The bar Chin chin is rocking at night elegant and tasteful lovely truly.
