The location is as good as it can be. Easy access to and from the airport. Easy access to public transportation which takes you wherever you want to go. Also there are a lot of places to eat in the area with a variety of choices. The hotel is very beautiful and furnished gorgeously. I have to mention the manager Chris which came to our aid in a time of need. Me and my girlfriend were there during the new year holidays and he made sure our stay is as most enjoyable. He was most helpful, kind and understanding of our troubles. Chris if you are reading this I am sorry for the late review :))

An exceptional experience, staff and attention to every detail a travel may need. CityHub was a great unique experience where staff and guests were laid back and at ease making everyone feels welcome, You don’t have to bring a shampoo or shower gel because it’s been provided using Ritual brand which is a luxury option for such concept.

Truly wonderful Copenhagen, plenty of restaurants with friendly staff and service, Tivoli gardens were amazing with all the lights from late afternoon. Christmas markets on several of the squares adding to the magical atmosphere. You must try the gløgg and æbleskiver which is such a old Danish tradition In winter.

I do think that Copenhagen is one of the nicest cities that i visited, it is full of friendly locals who all speak great english. Transportation is great and easy with the automatic metro trains. The buildings are rather beautiful (all the castles, churches or the town hall), not only the old part of the city, the Danes do have a knack for design, even the newer parts of the city looked very inviting. I stayed here the second time in 10years and i still didnt manage to experience all the attractions to the fullest extent i intendet to. So a another trip to Copenhagen it is :) The only negatives i would have is that the city is quite expensive (depends on where you are from), restaurants do close way earlier than anywhere else (many at 9PM/9:30PM) and the main attractions all open at 10AM and mostly close at 5MP - so if you want to pack them in a weekend trip (i mostly mean guided tours inside the attractions - not only looking at them from outside) you simply cant see everything that you planned for. If you ignore Roskilde/Hillerode and Elsinore i think the time pressure falls a bit off. On the other hand these very nice castles usually dont offer so many guided tours in english, and sometimes the times overlap.

Art - both modern and the Danish C19th school is well worth a visit, as is the older built environment. However, as someone familiar with the city over many years, the recent huge growth of identikit high end apartment blocs, particularly in the Eastern sea-bord, is depressing, and has impact on street life. It is becoming more and more a city of and for Yuppies (including shopping). Charity shops - and retro clothing and bric-a-brac can astonish, but you won't find street markets. Finding an authentic Danish cuisine restaurant is difficult. Transport is very easy; and a pleasure that the city is not choked with cars: street parking is choc-a-bloc, and vehicles appear to be left there only for special occasions. In short, it looks to be the city of the future - like that or not.

The first thing, when you arrive in the new country, is the currency that how you have to spend your money and change it. Some people have credit card that maybe they don't have problem with that, but some tourists has a big problem. Maybe for controlling the tax and other issue in a country it would be needed not to accept cash. But you can provide some chargeable cards for tourists that they can buy them from the specific center at the airport. the tourists, who doesn't have cards or just have dollars or euros, can fill out a form to request a credit card. When they leave the country, they return the card and if they don't, they have to pay the penalty. With this way, the government can earn money from the tourists and control the tax, Even though with this new cards for tourists, they don't need to go to the office to refund tax (Tax free, or ..). And please be aware, the people don't know which Note in your country is illegal and forbidden, for example, 500 Euro in Copenhagen or other cities (if it's illegal, why do they produce this Note?!!!;(!!! )

We found Copenhagen a very easy city to navigate and with a super relaxed and friendly vibe. In 3 nights we had excellent food and drink, especially beers. Tourist attractions were a bit sparse in their variety and interest to us versus other European cities we have visited. We did expect it to be expensive but some places were ridiculous. £15 for about 100ml of average Rioja in the covered food market took the biscuit. My advice would be to do lots of research re bars and restaurants ahead of your trip. Luckily we booked restaurants in advance and for Fridays and Saturdays this is essential. Biggest recommendations are Vespas restaurant and Skaal bar.

Hotel was litterly a 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The metro ran every 5 minutes, it took you to the city centre where you could change lines for the airport and beyond! Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and happy to answer any questions about the city. Hotel was super modern, clean and it very great value for your money considering how expensive Copenhagen is. Proably the cheapest part of our holiday! Would recommend it to anyone looking to explore the city within a budget and I would book again.

Location is excellent. In the city centre so can walk to all the local attractions, but also just next to the train and metro stations so can get anywhere easily, including to the airport. Staff were excellent and helpful (as they were on my previous stay). The hotel gives you a taste of Copenhagen and is designed in a modern minimalistic style that is attractive and trendy with some outdoor seating areas which are great when the weather is nice or to have an evening drink.
