We loved everything, everything met our needs and more. We grew up in the country and farm life is familiar. Big room, lots of space, comfortable bed. Fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. The family seemed nice from the moment we booked and the same when we met them. Their little gifts, including a delicious cake, were lovely. They made us feel welcome and will definitely be welcome again.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, with everything you need for a few days away. All kitchen/laundry cleaning products provided, including bedding. Lovely private balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy the morning sunshine. Centrally located in Give, walking distance to the supermarket, opposite a lovely restaurant and surrounded by shops for gifts etc. Close to Billund airport, approx 16m drive. This makes it a suitable for visiting Legoland, but with a lot more charm than billund.

Very nice place to stay, for a family of 4 it was just perfect. Kids didn’t want to hear about iPads and wanted to stay outside, close to the nature and local animals. Huge place for our dog, where he could run without a leash. Hosts were super nice, polity and helpful. Finally found our hideaway to quiet down from the city rush. For sure will be coming back as often as possible.

We had a wonderful time in the camping. Our kids loved the camping's provided playground, mini golf, go karts and most of all the heated swimming pool with sauna and jumping platforms of 1, 3 and 5 metres. We were even allowed to stay in the swimming pool until late afternoon after the check out. The kitchen inside the cottage had everything needed for a decent cooking, everything clean and nice. Beds vere very spaceous and comfortable.

We were 2 miles from Give, out in the countryside,without transport, but our host very kindly provided driver to take us to and from Give, at no additional charge. It would have been nice to have a cooked breakfast, but cold buffet was delicious and healthy. Having access to kitchen was a bonus

For us, it was a stop along the Haervejen trail. The zoo wasn't of interest to us, and I also consider it unsuitable for the animals, who have to endure the vehicular traffic that disturbs them. It should be closed.

Givskud Zoo is big enough to spend two days.

Givskud Zoo is big enough to spend two days. A hostel is a great place to stay, but be prepared for a youth hostel experience. The rooms are well insulated, but there's a lot of "hassle" around them. With children, it's nice that there are other children and plenty of play options in and around the hostel.

The town is small, cute, and cozy. Charming Danish houses. The city's main gem is probably the zoo of the same name. It's a sea of impressions! An excellent zoo. Very large, with lots of animals. The jeep safari was an unforgettable experience. 10/10!!! Highly recommended!

Lovely peaceful little town, where the Zoo is of course the main attraction and purpose of our visit. No traffic, the local grocery store very close - and easy to drive to Give and shop at Netto or 7Eleven. We also visited Give Hundeskov, a nice place.

Location is perfect, 3 min on foot to the zoo, 20 min by car to Legoland. Beautiful nature around, a breath of fresh air and quietness after Aarhus. There's a common kitchen where you can prepare food or make tee/coffee, children's playroom inside and playground outside, lounge for adults. Very nice design of the hotel with animal pictures all around.

We liked the location. Quite and close by the Givskud Zoo. Nice and friendly staff. Well equipped kitchen. We were staying with our dog and there is a large area around for walking. 20minutes drive to Legoland. Would choose this hotel when visiting again Givskud/ Billund.

Easy check in, nice little rooms but very clean, easily accessible and parking on site. The hotel is extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen. The accommodation exceed my expectation I will definitely come again. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well.
