A friendly and considerate host who was able to provide a gluten-free option for breakfast when I'd arrived. The chef had kindly offered to drive me to the nearest supermarket to buy groceries for my week's stay. And on his day off! Beautiful and peaceful surroundings.

The owner was very friendly and helpful as I didn't notice during booking that there's no kitchen. There were just a little fridge, kettle and microwave in the small lounge area before entering the room.

The staff were incredible. I was staying because my husband was in the local hospital and the staff were so helpful, kind and compassionate. The room was wonderful, spotlessly clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. The bathroom was wonderful. I really appreciated the tea making facilities. The breakfast is described as "Tiny Breakfast" but there is plenty to eat, incredibly good value for money and very tasty.
