Absolutely amazing experience. Jorge went over expectations that we have pleasent stay. Area also really cozy and local. Our luggage were lost during flight. This place made our 3 stay amazing still. Can't recommend enough. Town it self is quiet but really friendly and safe. Dogs at venue are amazing as well.

I had an excellent vacation at the resort, i highly recommended resort. Professional kind friendly and helpful staff,they serve you with love.the resort is very clean and exellent food with variety restaurants, everything on time. And thank to my heroes my superman butler Mr. Jose and the greatest receptionists at VIP lounge they push my statement to the next level with the best services. Also I would like to thank the amazing spa team Ms. Joanna and all the professionals there. I was honoured to be served by the restaurants team Ms. Rosana Damas, Carlos, Fernando Jimenez and Chef Rafael Perez. I did enjoy the Aqua Beach Club met amazing Angelo, Yuleisy, Delvin, Maximo, Agustin, Noelia and Kiara. See you soon guys.

Overall experience was excellent, the staff went above and beyond. Would love to give a few special recognition to certain employees. 1-Felix, Moises and Jomesit in the Mix bar( the service they gave was exceptional. 2- Darlyn- who worked in the French restaurant and in the taco stand- thank you for the laughter, and amazing service. 3-Javier in concierge- your dedication to making sure the guest are satisfied is over the top, Thank you for making our stay and my sister in laws birthday amazing.
