I had a lovely stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I especially want to recognize the receptionists, bag concierges, maids, servers, and chefs, all of whom contributed to an exceptional experience. Overall experience was excellent, the staff went above and beyond. Would love to give a few special recognition to certain employees. 1-Felix, Moises and Jomesit in the Mix bar( the service they gave was exceptional. 2- Darlyn- who worked in the French restaurant and in the taco stand- thank you for the laughter, and amazing service. 3-Javier in concierge- your dedication to making sure the guest are satisfied is over the top, Thank you for making our stay and my sister in laws birthday amazing. I will definitely be booking really soon.

Hotel is old but I’m good repair, all areas was well maintained, our Concierge Jose is an excellent guy, the beach is clean but with rocks, and different options to eat and food was really worth it.
