Termas de Papallacta is a magnificient place - I've visited various times. The pools are very well maintained, the flowers are beautiful, and the view is just spectacular. I had a room with a fireplace, which certainly adds to the atmosphere in the evening. The staff is really helpful and friendly, and the food is also very good (I recommend the onion soup). Also, the breakfast buffet has a great variety of choices. If you have time, do the "self-guided" hike - it's easy but worth it.

The staff and owner are awesome. Super friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Bed was very comfortable. The temperature of papallacta was chilly, and our room came with heaters, which kept us nice and warm throughout the night. Best of all we were just a block away from the Hot springs and a bunch of restaurants. Highly recommend staying hear. Super affordable.

This is the perfect place if you want to go to the famous papallactas therme or to the cayambe coco national parc. The rooms are very nice and the owner helps us with all we needed he was super friendly even if we speak no Spanish.

The place is a museum, full of wonderful art. It's next door to the thermals and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even made a birthday cake for my husband. It's definitely one of favourite hotels ever!

Central to the town of Papallacta. Easy to get to the Terma Spa by taxi. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
