Hacienda El Porvenir is absolutelly amazing accomodation to stay next to Cotopaxi national park. We loved the premises as it is hidden in the countryside and thanks to its unique and well protected architecture you trully feel like in a different world. World of peace, quietness where you can enjoy the nature and magnificent Cotopaxi volcano. The room was super comfortable, the food was delicious and also their spa is incredible. All the staff is so kind and willing to help you. We also booked a hiking trip and a horseriding trip with them and it was epic.

Staying at this hotel feels like being welcomed home by your family. Great value for money, spacious room with a beautiful view to Cotopaxi and excellent location, just around the corner from the main road with several restaurants nearby, are among its excellent features, but the breakfast stands out for the kindness and care of the lady who will set the buffet and prepare eggs a la carte for you and who will remind you of your grandmother almost inevitably. The hotel manager was just as kind and helpful. I wish we had stayed longer.

Me and my mum stayed here for one night and it was a perfect stay. All of the staff were so lovely, the views were breathtaking & the food was incredible (although the prices are slightly higher than we’ve found elsewhere in Ecuador it was so worth it for the quality & taste & big portions). The owner Tania is very helpful and kind. She was flexible to prepare our breakfast quite early in the morning. Breakfast was great. There is a small garden where it is possible to park the car. The room is big, clean.
