The hotel and apartments were kept spotlessly clean, the staff were so helpful and friendly and available 24/7, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very attentive, especially Ashraf. He catered to every need. The villa is beautiful and welcoming. Room was comfortable with all amenities including washing machine. The grounds and pool were well maintained. There is a Mall close by but you need a car. I would certainly stay there again:)

My family had a wonderful time at Encanto. The hosts were very welcoming, we had a complimentary breakfast as well as delicious fresh mangos. They were always available when they were needed. The villa was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The children enjoyed the activities that were available. The villa looks exceptionally beautiful at night, we enjoyed swimming in the heat. We would definitely recommend Villa Encanto to our friends and family.
