When I came back from my Cairo trip I spent another night at Le Meridien. This time I got an upgrade to a 5th floor room and adjacent executive lounge which was a lovely experience since the room was absolute perfect, huge and meticulously clean and the lounge with THE view, delicious food and a very nice waiter, I forgot his name, but the management will know. Le Meridien is perfectly located if you fly into Cairo late in the day or if you have to leave early in the morning. It's a 1- 2 minute walk to the airport. I would have liked to use the huge outside swimming pool, even if the water was luke warm and perfectly attended it was too cold and windy during my stay. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. After the frenzy of Cairo Le Meridien is an oasis I would always like to come back to.

The hotel is a 5 min shuttle ride away from the terminal. At check-in the incredible Martina welcomed us and even upgraded our room twice to executive for free. The room was very comfortable and modern with all amenities you need. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool area. The buffet for dinner costs about 15usd per person, but the food is delicious and the selection broad.

We stayed only for one night because of our flight next day. Some of the reviews here on booking were negative because of the noise from the airport at night, but we were sleeping like cubs. Nothing was loud, everything was calm. It's really nice accommodation with really helpful stuff on reception. They resolved every problem like PROs! 👍 10/10
