The facilities were excellent, with three wonderful restaurants offering variety and a stylish lounge bar perfect for relaxing. To my pleasant surprise, the Italian restaurant served outstanding cuisine, complemented beautifully by the Lebanese restaurant, which was equally impressive. We also had dinner at the Thai restaurant, where the Thai chef prepared truly authentic dishes – as Asians, we can vouch for the quality and authenticity of the food. We enjoyed great value for money by registering for the hotel’s loyalty program, which gave us a very good price on our dining. The staff were truly outstanding – warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention goes to Meram, who displayed exceptional customer service and made our stay even more memorable. We were delighted to be upgraded to a higher-category room, which was both comfortable and well-appointed. Room service was also good and very prompt. Overall, a delightful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Luxor.

It is a cozy oasis in Luxor! Really love the quiet and elegant atmosphere there. The equipments are not new, but maintained pretty well and have a nostalgic feeling. It located very close to the public ferry port in West bank, you can simply walk even with backpack. Also, the mini superstore outside the alley is very convenient with reasonable price 👍🏽

that’s a very nice and friendly atmosphere here. it is situated next to the Nile, so you have nice views. there is a banana and magos fields around and that was the first time I saw it, pretty cool. The stuff here is very nice and helpful, feels like you are inside a family. it’s very clean and has all facilities you need. many nice tours they propose with fair price!

We were a group of 14, 4 families with kids and we were treated so kindly and special by everyone. The owner Sayed is like a father and a friend. Very warm and accommodating. The food at their restaurant is the best we've had in Luxor. Their breakfast was grand as well. We love having all of our meals there. The kids love the big pool they have in winter. Sayed also helped us with our tour itinerary and suggested we go to Habu Temple and it was the most beautiful temple. He also arranged a sunset feluca ride for us. At night, his employee accompanied us to the grocery store and they opened the store for us. The souvenir shop also opened esp for us. Wow that's a VIP treatment indeed!!
