From the very beginning, Miss Massaouda welcomed us warmly. She showed us our room, explained the entire resort, and was always there for us throughout our stay. No matter what we needed, she always found a solution. Wow, what incredible service! Our housekeeper Mohamed was extremely attentive. He cleaned our room thoroughly every single day and surprised us with a small thoughtful gesture daily. Truly outstanding! The food and drinks were delicious and of great quality. The restaurant staff were quick, friendly, and consistently focused on the guests’ well-being. We felt extremely comfortable and are already looking forward to our next visit.

The Makadi Spa is truly a beautiful hotel, the architecture and interior is thought through with pleasant color choices and a mix of wood and stone. Coming in to the hotel area is like entering an oasis of calmness. It is beautifully located right at its private beach with beautiful snorkeling. The pool area is great and has plenty of space with attentive staff serving you everything from ice coffee, beer or a drink. They also have several options for dinner with each restaurant differing from the other. As a guest at Makadi spa you also have the option to dine or enjoy any of the other 3 hotels within this area, which is great since it gives you more lunch options, and it is always so nice to stroll back to the hotels calm and beautiful setting after being outside of it. Overall we are very pleased with our stay, the room was great and spacious, we had a JS with sea view. We were also able to get a later checkout for a fee which was much appreciated. We were very impressed by the beautiful corals right in front, where we also saw turtles and many different kinds of reef fish. Truly beautiful place, we will definitely come back.

Could not fault this place. Phenomenal from the moment we got there until the moment we left. The rooms are massive, the staff are exceptional, the facilities are top notch. You'll see many reviews reference Ehab, and with good reason. He is an exceptional host, hard working and caring. Added great value to our trip. Another mention to Mostapha, dining room waiter, who looked after us all week. I would stay here again and will recommend it to anyone.

The gardens, the pools, the staff, the food, epecially the service. My husband wasn't feeling very well , dehydrated , very high blood pressure, and needed a doctor. The lady that helped wonderfully was Katalina behind the desk in te great lobby. The doctor himself Khaled Hegazy did his upmost, even in the middle of the night. Very professinal with his assistant Ahmed el Hady. He consulted Prof. Mina el Wasef, he came within 20 minutes, we felt very safe and they took good care of him. We will be back certainly, especially because of is this great clinic called 24/7. Best hotel ever, best care!!

The combination of dining options at the various restaurants and the restaurants in the harbor is unbeatable. Everything was perfect. The hotel has incredible charm and unparalleled elegance. Mohammed Abdelghani truly anticipated our every need. He is a very hardworking and attentive man. I hope he becomes the hotel manager someday. He knows what guests need.

It was our second stay at this hotel. It was even better than first time one year ago, which was also exceptional. The hotel is clean, well maintained. I want to appreciate especially the staff - everybody is so kind, smiling, helpful. The food in main restaurant is tasty, waiters and cooks are hardworking, We visited also other restaurants for dinners that were for free -mediterranean, italian, asian, mexican -the food and service was excellent. The pools in march were heated -family pool, aquapark pool. Aquapark is well organised, the staff is doing very good job. The beach is nice. The room was spacious , wifi is everywhere.
