Highly recommend this amazing hotel! The location is perfect, located at the grass area where the Dugongs and turtles feed. I stayed here for three nights and I was luckily enough to see both. The staff were all super friendly and helpful in all locations on the resort. I always felt like I was being cared for by the staff. The food and house wine at this hotel are 10/10 this is a big part of my selection when choosing a hotel and this hotel delivers to a very high standard. The room was a very good size and the shower in the bathroom is fantastic, lots of room! The hotel in general is very clean and maintained. I will be returning to Jaz Elite Amara. I love it here!

The people there are very descent and the staff are humble and nice. The reception members were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and and the housekeeping staff was super. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. If there was something we were not happy about the managers were able to sort it out straight away. + Beautiful place and a lot of green and blooming plants. You can see that there are very professional gardeners + A several swimming pools + A choice of food + Animations and discos every night + A very welcome and helpful staff + The managers always available and immediately sort out everything you need

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,...

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh air (during pandemic). Many hotels were closed and only few stayed opened. Yet they were still quite empty. Snorkeling was perfect, weather a but windy (normal In February), stuff in the hotel was happy and wearing masks and gloves. We went to Port Ghalib for a coffee but also most of the places were closed due to covid.
