We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ahmed and his team for taking such amazing care of us during our stay. They solved every problem quickly and were always helpful and friendly. The food at the hotel was delicious, the accommodation was comfortable, and the air conditioning was sufficient. All in all we are very satisfied with our stay. Hotel has beautiful territory, it’s all green and you can see that every corner gets attention from gardeners. There are enough place for evening promenade. The beach is not very big, so it’s better to come before 11am, but you have enough sunbeds near the pool if any. Beach is clean, has all facilities. Water is super clean and clear. Service is very good. In restaurants and at the beach you always get attention and can get any drinks or help you need. Food is very good. There are 2 a la cart restaurants (we didn’t try it), and 2 big restaurants - one on the beach and one in main building. Second has bigger choice, but on the beach you can eat on the fresh air with cozy atmosphere. We were completely happy with food choice and taste. Animation team is active and arrange a lot of interesting activities. They invite everyone, so you feel comfortable to join, but if you don’t feel like it, you can just relax. Also you can play table tennis, kicker, billiards, giant domino, darts, boccia. It’s all available all the time. With animation team or for individual use. Gym is new and well equipped for the training. Overall my family and I had great experience! But there are some things that can be improved. I would say that rooms are more on the level of 3 stars hotel. Room in general feels tired and needs some renovation. Bathroom has plastic ceiling that make room not cozy. Bed clothes are clean, but a little grey and have some spots. Towels also worn out. But beds and pillows are comfortable. Also patio is nice. Another point for us was spa. We planned to go, but prices are too high (most of procedures are cheaper in Russia and Germany). You could get some discounts for buying several procedures, but still prices are not good. Room cleaning is average. Foot towel were dirty, but weren’t changed, just folded back.

I am a regular at pick-albatross hotels (Sharm el sheik, Marrakech) This one in abou-soma is my first visit. Of course it's in the middle of nowhere, but it's clearly marked when you go to google maps. For me this hotel is perfect in every way. The Room with balconny and sea view ,the food, the sea, the reef, the coffee corner (colombus), the swimming pool. The staff is very professional and always smiling and available for whatever you need. Special thanks to Mr. Domadius and Mr. Shaban.
