The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the front desk. I think his name was Mohamed Ahmed and the lady at the front desk was amazing; She gave me useful tips about Marsa Matrouh. The other lady at the cafe on the ground floor was extremely welcoming and she walked all the way from the cafe to the beach to ask us if we need any refreshment. The room service was also amazing; we had breakfast and when we returned the room was cleaned proactively; the room service lady always had a welcoming smile. Last but not least the beach guy proactively got us towels; set up the beach table and open the umbrella. Everyone was great. Keep it up guys!

Great value for money and a great location! Very close to all the nice beaches. I would like to thank all the staff, especially the manager and Fahd who were beyond kind by letting me check out an hour later and later in the afternoon arranged a room for me to quickly shower off all the sand before taking the bus. Fahd found me an amazing and kind driver who took me to some beaches nearby at honest and reasonable prices. The driver even helped me to find an ATM and take me to my bus stop later. Please ask for his services! The staff recommendations were great as well: Ageeba beach, Blue Beach Lagoon and Cleaopatra. Highly recommended!

Only the manager speaks English, it was then hard to communicate my needs with the other crew members of the hotel but I do speak a little and understand so I kind of made it ! And well, they were adorable. I think it is the most important. And they upgraded me for free in a beautiful bedroom with a magnificent front beach view.
