Where do i even start! We loved everything about this place! The room was very clean and beautiful, spacious and felt like home! The hotel offers you free water, coffee, tea and snacks 24h, and you don’t find that even in 5-stars hotels, which makes me wonder how this hotel and 1-star only, it definitely deserves more!!! The hotel is near the beaches and all of the attractions, you can go everywhere by walking distance! The staff was the nicest people I’ve ever met, the guys in the kitchen were so polite and friendly, they served us everything and held conversations with us! And what to say about the front desk staff! Both of them were amazing! They chatted with us, helped us with everything we needed and made sure that everything was perfect ALL. THE. TIME! A BIG THANK YOU to everyone, for everything you did for us! A special thank you to Frederic, the guy is the coolest person I’ve met, we wish we could have seen him too before leaving! He held our bags, gave us all the advices where to go and where to eat and what to see without even asking him and was full of energy! Benidorm is so pretty and this hotel with its people is even prettier!

    Something for everyone.

    Something for everyone. We personally love the old town which is more traditionally Spanish. We had excellent tapas in a lovely tapas bar. Enjoyed walking along the promenade to and from the old town back to our apartment which was situated at the far end of Poniente beach which was excellent, we stayed there the same time last year so choose it again for its location and amenities. The newer part we only went to because of a specific event that was being held there.

    Benidorm is an excellent location for enjoying the beach, shopping and nightlife. There is something for everyone and all in close proximity. The atmosphere and food in Vincent’s Old Town was perfect. Starting the weekend with dinner on Friday evening and finishing the weekend with Sunday lunch. Good food reasonably priced. Entertainment on the strip kept us out until the early hours with a variety of live acts and nightclubs.

    You need to know where your going before you book .

    You need to know where your going before you book . New Town where all the Brits are is a big no no unless you visit some of the few nice bars and hotels . At least many of the Hotels have some decent entertainment , but personally we much prefer Old Town for the ambience and calmness and shopping . But don't expect lot's of entertainment in Hotels and bars like New Town , although there is some .

    i was very near to the strip so had to be alert at night as it can be dodgy muggings pickpockets drug selleres etc was approached many times to buy charly weed etc but not a problem when i declined stuck to spanish food for my holiday and if you search around you will find some great spots the beechbox was excellent for the paella for one10 out of 10 some great live music

    I’ve been coming to Benidorm since 1969 and every time I come here I love it just as much as my first time. It’s the sort of place you can find things to do to suit all age groups as I’ve discovered over those years of coming here. I will always say that you have to experience all the different parts from the town to each end the beaches.

    Great location, right in the old town and close to the beach and restaurants. Comfortable clean and tidy room. The staff are particularly helpful and friendly and they made us feel very welcomed. We even had a late checkout provided at no extra cost. Breakfast was an added treat and was delicious. We couldn’t fault this hotel. It’s very good value for money and if we return to Benidorm, I would definitely stay here again.

    The Hotel is very modern with spacious rooms and beautifully clean. The beds and pillows were so comfy and the breakfasts had everything you could wish for, fresh and delicious. The Staff were all so helpful and friendly too. The Hotel is right on the seafront with the old Town behind, this was definitely the very best part of Benidorm to stay, we had a very enjoyable stay. We couldn’t fault a thing

    This hotel is a "jewel in the crown" in the heart of the old town in Benidorm. The staff had just taken it over and were helpful by email in relation to our bungled booking. The rooms were exceptional as was the manager and staff. The breakfast was good too.
