I must say we had good time, The hotel is very clean, the staffs are wonderful, extremely wonderful, the food is excellent. I want to use this opportunity to say thank you for the surprise birthday that was organised with the hotel staff and my family, thank you very much that really made my birthday special, free champagne from the hotel, we really love this place and we are certainly coming again.

Excellent breakfast, very complete and with variety. Excellent location, close to everything, with several restaurants and shops around. The room's acoustics were very good, despite being in the center and close to several bars, it was not noisy at night.

    Not as cheap as it used to be.

    Not as cheap as it used to be. You end up on the same strip in the same bars every night, getting pestered by 'charlie guys'. You dont need to go to this place more than once in your life, I've been 3 times and its been worse every time.

    Not just a party town !

    Not just a party town ! The strip is great for a night out with endless entertainment but there is so much more. Tapas Alley and Old Town in general, the marina, fabulous beaches, short bus rides to other beautiful towns in particular Altea my favourite.Església de Santa Maria del Consol d'Altea just beautiful and Església de Sant Jaume i Santa Anna in Benidorm old town worth a visit. (I love churches)

    Really enjoy Benidorm,very entertaining, price on drinks, food etc very good! Beautiful beaches, always come back if we can, only downfall was we booked Gemelos 20 but on arrival was given apartment in Gemelos 4 so very disappointed!

    Night entertainment was good.

    Night entertainment was good. Drinks were mostly quite cheap. Walks along the promenade and into the old town were pleasant. All visitors are encouraged to visit Sherry's bar in the Old Town, best food in Benidorm and very friendly staff. Avoid John & Josephs, its gone downhill over the last few years.

    I had a wonderful stay at this apartment!

    I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea that made every morning special. The host, Vera, was extremely friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

    Benidorm was something that I would see in pictures, I had never heard of it until my boyfriend suggested we go out there with our kids 21 and 18 yrs old! The beach Levante amazing, the stores, the views, the food and the bars everywhere. were just great! Its a fun nightlife time that I will remember for a very long time!

    La Era Park totally exceeded expectations! The value for money is 10/10. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious enough for 4, the shower was powerful and the balconies were large and sunny. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful too. We really liked the location and was well situated in between the strip and the old town. We were a group of 12 girls for a hen do and it was perfect. The hotel bar was good value for money and plenty of beds around the pool. I would definitely return if I was back in Benidorm.

    Extremely clean hotel and perfect for our one night stay in Benidorm. Great location to the strip and getting to the beach. Pool area was good although we didn’t access it very much during our 24 hours. Seemed like the hotel was good for families and activities were going on throughout the day. Food for breakfast was a very good selection with something for everyone. Reception staff were friendly and always on hand to get us a taxi when we needed it to get to Old Town and the bus station.

    The hotel is 5 mins walk from the beach and Old Town on a quiet street corner. It has a full service breakfast, no queuing at a buffet with 50 other people. You are served at your table with freshly made drinks, pastries and tostadas. Bedroom was clean and fresh with a balcony. Unusually it also has private off street parking 300m away which is a bonus in Benidorm!

    Hotel has a great location in the old town, our room had a balcony and possibly one of the best sea views in Benidorm. breakfast was excellent with a great choice. could not really find fault. There was a little bit of noise from reception traffic in the morning but we were on the ground floor so this would be expected - the view more than made up for it.

    It was in the heart of the old town benidorm which was amazing, everything on your door step. Lovely atmosphere and staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was ready and we arrived really early. Clean and fresh , cleaned every day in our 4 night stay. Will return to this hotel again without a doubt 👍
