Lovely hotel, we got a free upgrade to a suite which was nice. It’s a little out of town so we needed to get a taxi but that cost less than €10. The girl on reception was very nice and helpful

Loved our stay. The rooms were comfortable, modern and clean and the view from our room was great. They upgraded our room and even provided us with a cot for our baby free of cost. There is a beautiful park right in front of the hotel and bakeries nearby. The underground parking was a big plus. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is very nice and well decorated, and the restaurant offers good value for money. This was our second stay, and we’ve generally enjoyed it in the past. Unfortunately, during this visit we were woken at 5:20 a.m. by the fire alarm. We quickly got dressed and went downstairs, where several other guests had gathered. The front doors were closed and there were no staff members around. The alarm continued for about 10 minutes before a member of staff appeared, but no explanation was given about what was happening. When we checked out, the receptionist apologised, but when I mentioned that no staff were present during the alarm, she insisted there were. I feel that when a fire alarm sounds for that length of time, staff should be visible and available to guide guests and provide reassurance

Another lovely stay - we love this hotel. Use it as an overnight when travelling back up north to France from southern Spain. Lovely feel about it, friendly-our dogs are warmly welcomed. Gorgeous decor, smells lovely, Separate area for us to exercise the dogs after travelling all day. Food is lovely - portions are a little small and expensive but worth it. There’s always a bowl of very shiny apples to help yourself to on the way in or out! We’ll still keep coming back!

This hotel is dog friendly which suits our needs . The staff are also very dog friendly. The rooms are really lovely. I love the big bathroom too. There are always pet biscuits plus bowls and a doggie bed for our dog in the room. The location is very good. Quite close to the Spanish border. Great value for money.

The hotel is excellent, everything was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There isn't a lift, but we were offered assistance which is ideal for elderly people who can't manage stairs with luggage. We left very early as travelling so didn't book breakfast.

A beautiful hotel, very traditional building. The grounds were lovely, plenty of parking. Both Dinner and Breakfast were excellent. Staff very helpful.
