We (2 couples) were received by Antonia our host on location, who was very welcoming and nice. We got a little delayed but she was happy to wait just to welcome us. She showed us around the apartment and explained everything (jacuzzi how to's, amenities and local points of interest, etc.). We were surprised with nice cava and wine gift in the fridge courtesy of our host. Private parking is also a great plus to the apartment complex, no need for long trips with groceries or bags. The apartment itself is very clean and pleasant. Two very comfortable bedrooms and nice/modern furniture. The home is equipped with everything you need. Outside you will find the jacuzzi which comfortably sits four people, as well as a nice yard with a charcoal BBQ. The location is also pet friendly, and the space provided a great environment for the little one to play outside without needing to be near any furniture or inside the house. Calafat is very quiet and beautiful, you will find many beaches and Calas to explore, some very beautiful spots only just 5 or 10mins away walking. There is a supermarket only a block away, and a much larger one 5mins driving. We are definitely excited to come back to this place, 10 out of 10!

One of the nicest we have stayed in whilst travelling Europe. The room was above average, the breakfast, average continental but plenty of choice and quality was good. Very close to several friendly bars. The staff went way above their pay grade, we had a problem with our car and the receptionist ended up phoning her husband, a mechanic to come and help, he was so helpful and no charge from anyone. Definitely our go to stay when in the area

The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, perfect location by the beach and the restaurant was excellent food. Breakfast only cost 8 Euros each and was excellent. We didn't have a beach view, but will certainly ask for this next time.
