We Had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly attentive, especially Guest Services who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. The spa team was fantastic, exceptional service. The restaurant and breakfast staff were friendly and made every meal a delight. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Hostal Febrellas was a great find. Right in the centre of Malavella, close to the sites, restaurants and easy to take the train to Girona or Figueras. Our hosts were helpful and friendly, the breakfast exceptional with wide variety of choices. The room was clean and comfortable and there is a sunroom and large garden for relaxing. Very quiet and peaceful. We felt very much at home.

We had the pleasure of visiting Mauric Boutique Hotel in Llagostera at the end of October, and it was a wonderful experience! The hotel is an incredibly cozy, intimate, and peaceful place where you can truly relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and served in a charming atmosphere that set the perfect tone for the day. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with comfortable beds, ensuring a great night’s sleep. An extra detail we truly appreciated was the free access to water and coffee. Additionally, the hotel is dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us! If we were to mention anything that could be improved, we missed having laundry facilities and a small fridge in the room for storing essentials. However, this didn’t detract much from the overall experience, which we look back on with fondness. All in all, we highly recommend Mauric Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and personal stay in beautiful surroundings. We'll be back!

    Staff and facilities were ideal for our stay.

    Staff and facilities were ideal for our stay. We were attending a family wedding close by. We also had family staying at the ‘sister hotel’ on the resort so this location was perfect for us. Staff were really helpful and friendly. It wasn’t a busy time of year so we felt there was always space at the pool, in the relaxed seating areas and at breakfast. The reception desk staff were excellent at catering for our every request, especially regarding transport both on the resort and further afield. I was sharing a twin room with my adult son rather than my partner so the ‘open plan’ bathroom facilities weren’t ideal, but the curtain provided some privacy.

    nice cozy village, worth to make a route around, the municipality did an amazing job to mark the places of interest. it will probably take you about four hours to go around and to visit the castle, but the walk is quite nice and entertaining

    Beautiful 19th century building, with ample cozy rooms and great beds The garden is gorgeus and the thermal circuit was exactly what we needed, except that the outdoor pool was not open yet. Breakfast is quite busy and the quality is average although the essentials are there. There is a nice bar that opens at nights, but the assortment of tapas is too narrow. We had dinner in town in a very traditional restaurant we enjoyed very much.

    Lovely friendly hotel in a small town full of history. Everything I needed for my stay was available. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. As a solo traveller, I just needed a single room. This had a very comfortable single bed, and the room had an ensuite. The room was serviced each day. Breakfast had a lot of variety, an excellent selection of fruit, meats and cheese. The lovely garden was a great bonus for relaxing in shade when it was very hot. A quick train ride into Girona meant I had the best of both worlds.

    The buffet breakfast selection was exceptional in choice & display. The food was wonderful too! The pool was beautiful but the weather wasn’t warm enough for swimming. We had dinner at a restaurant on the golf complex called Bella’s - very tasty Italian food & great atmosphere crested by excellent staff. We were taken there & back in the hotel’s golf buggy - a very good service. All of the hotel staff are attentive & knowledgeable providing first class service.

    Lovely looking hotel with nice outdoor heated pool. Dog friendly. The place is,weird. Some areas really nice and upmarket, others really basic. The room was perfectly adequate but was basic and bland. Perfectly acceptable for a one night stay. Food is average.

    Room spotlessly clean and we had a lovely balcony. Rooms are spacious. Fast Internet, comfortable beds. The reception staff were really helpful. Breakfast is brilliant, lots of choice and decent quality. Air conditioning in rooms meant we were comfortable.
