The staffs are the absolute best, they make sure your stay is comfortable and that you will come again. I've stayed in Fuerteventura twice, the last time was with a four-star resort, it was good but Sheraton is still the better one. When I checked in I feel like I was given a much better room than in the photos on booking, our view was an ocean panoramic view while on booking it was only a partial ocean view. We also received a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome gift, with water and chocolate everyday from the hotel (small gestures count!). We had a small incident where we had to ask the hotel to install one more single bed in our room, and after understanding the situation, the staffs installed the bed for us FREE OF CHARGE (they could've charged us and I'm sure other hotels would have too). For this gesture, I will definitely come back to Sheraton in the future. 2 pools are heated with lots of sun beds, 1 pool is not heated. They provide activities every day (yoga, pilates, aquabike,...) and live music every night (feel free to sing and dance). Next to the hotel you'll have a shopping center, it's also next to the center of Castela de Fuste with lots of restaurants and bars that you can enjoy at night by walk. However if you want to really enjoy Fuerteventura, I would recommend to book a car with booking in advance (cheaper), because this island is very vaste, there are many beautiful beaches and landscapes around the island that you don't want to miss. The breakfast buffet is superb with lots of choices, of quality ingredients. We booked half-board so we also have dinner there, they change the theme every night so clients have more choices. What I appreciate the most from their buffet is that they always have fresh ingredients (fish, prawns, beef, pork, salmon, chicken) every night - so you would be able to choose what you want to eat, and diversify them accordingly.

The facilities were exceptional: laundry room, tea bags, cutlery, BBQ, towels, toiletries. Hosts met and greeted on site, and were accommodating and easy to communicate with. No extra charges for the hot tub and the laundry room. Beds were comfortable, extra quilts and pillows were avaliable. Beautiful decor. Smart TV with Netflix and all apps you could need or want. Great location for exploring.
