Zhero has a fresh and vibrant feel and also a lovely calm atmosphere with a great little veranda off the rooms. We found all the staff to be so helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are amazing. Afternoon drinks around the pool are a treat also. My daughter and I really enjoyed our 4 day stay.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and relaxing. The reception staff was also very co-operating. First we booked normal room. The receptionist suggested us for an upgrade(with some additional cost). The upgraded room was just fantastic.

This is a lovely property in a fantastic location. The welcome drink, the complimentary mini bar the first night, the pillow menu....so many small touches that add up to a wonderful stay. I'd requested a room with twin beds and when they didn't have one available we were given an additional room free of charge. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. My only regret is we only stayed one night. We will definitely be back.

Great hotel with super friendly Staff, great breakfast and the rooftop pool is the perfect cherry on the top. Also the street with the best restaurants and bars is like 5 min from the hotel so we were happy we choose to stay there instead of the old town that we were considering.

We loved having all of our meals outside in lovely surroundings and view. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic and very nice to our baby grandson. We really enjoyed the spa pool with the baby.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! Perfect location right in the center of Palma. The staff were super friendly and really took great care of us. I loved that we could just WhatsApp them for anything we needed – whether it was coffee to the room in the morning or arranging a taxi. They even made an early check-in possible for us, which was a huge plus. The breakfast was fantastic as well. Highly recommend!

Hotel Zhero is beautiful. Very clean and the management are outstanding. It was an amazing experience..We stayed 2 nights with my fiancé. The manager upgraded our room to the sea view and large double bed. From the second floor we can see the sunrise. it was spectacular . The entire hotel is bright and well designed. The staff is friendly and young! We will stay again since we visit Mallorca every year.
