I was in Chipiona with my brother to enjoy the beach and the sun. Our expectations were exceeded. It was truly beautiful. Perhaps it's worth knowing that the meal times in Chipiona are a bit different, and almost no one speaks English there. But that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful vacation. We visited in the height of the tourist season and it was very busy, but enough facilities and wide beaches for everyone to enjoy. Nearly 100% Spanish tourists and residents there, which made the stay very enjoyable. Hotel housed in a traditional villa with original features. A supermarket 5 minutes walk away round the corner - very handy for buying snacks & bottled water . Rooms have a fridge - very useful . And air con is excellent ( and necessary ) . Staff incredibly helpful & obliging .
