Super helpful staff, couldn’t do enough for me. Most of them spoke fluent English, Spanish, French and Basque. Lots of locals use the cafe /bar for breakfast and drinks, has a very authentic feel.

Nice town square for having a coffee / beer / food after a...

Nice town square for having a coffee / beer / food after a tough days walking. Beach a few mins walk away and ideal for a swim. Train station right in centre of town and we used a taxi to ferry us to and from our hotel.

Marvellous hotel situated right on the beach with super views. Rooms are exceptional and the shower was out of this world. Great restaurant and the staff were so lovely and helpful. I really enjoyed my staff here and wished I could have stayed longer. The rooms are beautifully decorated and so comfortable.

lovely farm house with great mountain view. Too bad it poured rain most of time there. Resturant down the hill for breakfast and lunch only. No dinner. If walking Camino as we are, Bus stop for Deba beside resturaunt in case you do not want to walk in. Also sells white wine and cider made on site

Hotel located just off Camino del Norte trail. Spotlessly clean with enormous, comfortable bed. Marian was really helpful in arranging luggage transfers for us and also arranged a self service breakfast as restaurant was closed on Monday morning.

Location of Albergue is beautiful, however, be aware, if you are walking the Camino, it is a 2 hour walk from Deba. Staff were brilliant, very helpful.
