I practically never write reviews, but this place truly deserves it! 🙌🏻 It was a real escape from the hustle and bustle of city life—starting with the journey to the hotel. A tiny serpentine road winds into the mountains, passing through a beautiful forest straight out of a fairytale. The views were breathtaking, the rooms spacious, the food excellent, and the atmosphere incredibly romantic—calm and quiet. I slept like a baby. I absolutely loved that breakfast was served in the room—no need to rush in the morning. Just wake up and enjoy the moment with your partner. We stayed for two nights but wished we had booked a bit longer. The staff went above and beyond to take care of all our needs, even after we checked out. They managed to secure a reservation for us at a three-star Michelin restaurant—something we thought was impossible!

Delicious evening meal with locally sourced products. Excellent breakfast which included home-made croissants, toast, freshly squeezed orange juice, various fruits including pineapple, melon and apricots, and of course coffee.

Excellent vibe about the hotel and bar, very friendly petrol station just across that helped us out with a tyre, cute little botanic gardens just across the river with excellent information. Staff super friendly and food rich and tasty. Garage parking perfect for a smallish car.

Beautiful location near the French boarder. The hosts were very welcoming and despite our pitiful Spanish were able to communicate with lots of laughter. The evening 3 course menu del dia was lovely and included wine, water and bread. very, very reasonably priced. The breakfast was super, fruit, breads, cheeses, meats, cereal, fruit juice's hot drinks, eggs, pastries and cakes!
