This is an unassuming little hotel, with good modern bedrooms and facilities, that is made marvellous by the lady owner who is a tour de force of welcome and generosity. She was up to make us breakfast and did us a really good dinner the night before. Her great spirit makes this place a pleasure to stay in.

Everything was perfect. I went to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and I told the team, that made our stay unforgettable. They upgraded our room for our celebration, the breakfast was unreal, the attention absolutely amazing. The restaurant is a MUST go! And if you have time, do the wine experience, you won’t regret. Friendly professional reception staff & cleaning staff members. Good set menu for lunch at a reasonable price. Spacious room with relaxing green walls. Big television set. Great location near the river, the Cathedral and the Church of San Miguel. Reasonable value. It's my fourth stay within a lapse of time of eleven months and one knows what the stay is going to be like before you get there because it is a reliable hotel.

Close to Palencia's main street, Hotel Palacio Congresos is near the centre of Palencia, less than 8 minutes' walk from the city's train and bus stations.
